The latest version of the Envisat ASAR processor, PF-ASAR v6, was transferred to operations within the ESA ground segment on the following dates: at ESRIN on 10th December 2012, at Kiruna on 3rd January 2013, at D-PAC on 9th January, at the I-PAC on the 29th January and at the UK-PAC on 21st February 2013.
The PF-ASAR v6 product includes three new sets of Level 1 product header information (including an increased size of Main Processing Parameters (MPP) ADS) and a modification of the processor configuration file ASA_CON_AX. This note provides information of the additional header information to enable the user to include this in their analysis software.

The TROPOMI L01b processor developed by KNMI produces L1b data products from L0 input data and auxiliary data products. The TROPOMI L01b processor developed by KNMI produces L1b data products from L0 input data and auxiliary data products. The TROPOMI L1b data products distinguish radiance, irradiance, calibration and engineering data. A common data format for all TROPOMI L1b products has been defined based on netCDF.
This document describes the metadata related to the official products that are the result from the Level 0 to Level 1b processing of the data collected by TROPOMI onboard the Sentinel-5 Precursor satellite.

The input requirements may differ between near real-time, offline and reprocessing modes. All processors will be run in near real-time, with the exception of CH 4 . The ATBDs for the individual retrieval algorithms describe the use and requirements for input data in detail. There are however some general data types, such as TROPOMI Level 1B, that are required by all algorithms. Special attention is reserved for dynamic input data, such as numerical weather prediction model data to obtain current meteorological fields. This dynamic auxiliary input data needs to be transferred to the processing system and staged specially for the algorithms that require this data. Here the required types of input data are collected, and the formats in which these data sets can be made available are described.
This document also describes the Level 2 output data structure in a netCDF-4 file. Where selected standards allow for choices, the choices are made here. As a guideline open and community standards are used where available.

The SPOT Scene Standard Digital Product Format

This document describes the format of the “SPOT scene” digital products which are produced and distributed by SPOT IMAGE. These digital products are delivered, either on magnetic tapes (6250 Bpi) or on CD-ROM.
This format is also called the “CAP format”, since it has been designed to be produced by the Centre d’Archivage et de Pretraitement (CAP) located at SPOT IMAGE premices, in Toulouse as well as at SSC-Satellitbild facilities, in Kiruna (Sweden) and at SPOT IMAGE Corporation facilities in Reston (VA, U.S.A.). Some Direct Receiving stations are also capable of providing such a format.
This format concerns the SPOT scenes which are processed at level 1A, 1B or 2A. For other digital products (level 2B, Ortho-images, Imagemaps like SPOTView), the format is the GIS-Geospot format (or ‘DIMAP’ format) which is outside the scope of this document.

This document describes the geometry by which Earth observation images of SPOT missions are acquired. The proposed viewing model allows to produce enhanced products at various processing levels. Equations are given to generate standard level 1A, 1B and 2A images. This handbook deals with the whole SPOT mission series (SPOT 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) summarizing the differences between these missions in term of payload, auxiliary data and image geometry.
