ONDA DIAS official launch on June 21st 2018

The ONDA Data and Information Access Service (DIAS) was officially launched at the Baveno+20 event on June 20^th and June 21^st 2018.

The ONDA DIAS is a platform enabling users to host data and to build some applications in the Cloud. It was developed by a consortium including Serco, GAEL Systems, OVH and Sinergise.

GAEL systems has developed the DISCOVERY catalogue and the advanced API called Elastic Node Service (ENS). Thanks to ENS, only the part of the Earth Observation product you are interested in can be accessed and downloaded.

The event has been organized by the European Commission DG GROW as a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Baveno Manifesto that gave birth to the Copernicus Programme.

A demo session took place with all DIAS platforms on June 21^st.
ENS and a few use cases from the Early Adopter Programme were presented on ONDA booth.
